Mini Grants

We will begin accepting 2015 Mini-Grant applications on Dec. 1, 2014. A revised application will be available beginning Nov. 14, 2014.

Schools Within the SAWS Service Area are Eligible to Apply

San Antonio Water System is pleased to offer a Mini-Grant Program to subsidize field trip programs that educate pre-kindergarten through 12th-grade students on topics of water quality, water conservation, environmental awareness and pollution prevention. Please check the list of approved field trip destinations below for eligible programs.

Mini-Grant funds can be used for transportation reimbursement, admission costs, workshop costs and substitute teacher costs up to $1,000 per teacher, per calendar year. Any school/organization within the SAWS service area is welcome to apply for a Mini Grant.
