The construction of approximately 480 LF of 16” above-ground digester gas transfer pipeline, including condensate drain lines and expansion joints; 215 LF of 8” sanitary sewer main, including all associated appurtenances; 400 LF of 6” potable water main, including all associated appurtenances; relocation of existing propane tank and vaporizers and associated piping, fittings, valves, regulators, etc.; provisions for temporary propane service; demolition of existing propane tank foundation, vaporizer slab, guardrail, and bollards; below-ground propane piping; relocation of existing non-potable water fire hydrant, piping and valve; pavement replacement, bollard and guardrail installation, dirt work, and site grading; miscellaneous structural supports, footings, and foundations; and all associated electrical, instrumentation and control work

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division,
2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio,
Texas 78212, until 2:00 PM,
November 16, 2009.
Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the San Antonio Water System Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North,1st floor, Suite 169, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be
held on October 23, 2009
at 10:00 AM at the San Antonio Water System's Customer Service Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, 4th floor, Conference Room C-452,San Antonio, Texas 78212.
Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or
bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
Interested bidders may obtain one electronic set of plans and specifications from the San Antonio Water System's Contract Administration Office, 2800 U.S. 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
