Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for construction of one 0.75 MG Floating-Ground Storage Tank including piping for a future 0.75 MG tank, appurtenances for potable water, tank foundation, associated booster pump station, control valves, overflow devices, piping, site grading, fencing, site asphalt pavement, electrical controls and instrumentation, emergency power generator, site lighting, etc.,
for Culebra Pump Station Project, SAWS Job No. 07-6002-112.
Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division,
2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio,
Texas 78212, until 2:00 PM,
November 6, 2009.
Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be
held on October 22, 2009
at 10:00 AM at San Antonio Water System’s Tower 2, Conference Room 452, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
Please be advised that under no circumstances shall any late or non-attendee(s)
to the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting be allowed to bid the project.
Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or
bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
Interested bidders may obtain one electronic set of plans and specifications from the San Antonio Water System's Contract Administration Office, 2800 U.S. 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
