Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for Construction of approximately 1116 LF of 12-inch, 2929 LF of 15-inch and 4403 LF of 18-inch sanitary sewer with 1405 LF of pipe bursting 18-inch main and the abandonment of Lift Station #124
for Crown Meadows Lift Station 124 Elimination Project, SAWS Job No. 09-2315.
Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division,
2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio,
Texas 78212, until 2:00 PM,
November 5, 2009.
Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the San Antonio Water System Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North,1st floor, Suite 169, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will
be held on October 27, 2009
at 10:30 AM at San Antonio Water System Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, 1st floor, Suite 169, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or
bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
Interested bidders may obtain one electronic set of plans and specifications from the San Antonio Water System's Contract Administration Office, 2800 U.S. 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
