Sealed bids for the purchase of LAND (“SAWS LAND”) described below will be received by SAWS Contract Administration, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 north, Customer Service Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 PM (CT) on October 11, 2012 (the “bid deadline”).

DESCRIPTION:
A 2.461 acre tract, in New City Block 15038, out of the Edwin Alexander Survey No. 149, Abstract No. 29, Bexar County, Texas, being the same property conveyed to the Bexar County (Northwest) Water Control And Improvement District in the instrument dated September 15, 1960 and recorded in Volume 4627, Pages 265-266, Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas.

The property is located at the East Corner of Loop 410 and Peace Pipe Drive. Located in MAPSCO San Antonio Street Guide on page 580, grid B7.
Sealed bids are to be submitted on SAWS bid form.
