This section provides current information and standard documents for use by developers and engineers for the review and approval of subdivision plats and related construction plans.

• Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) Calculation Sheet

  This form shall be prepared and submitted with all subdivision packages to determine the number of equivalent dwelling units (EDUs) for payment of impact fees.

• Application for Subdivision Plat Review

  This form shall be completed and signed by the applicant or designated representative to outline necessary information for the plat review and approval process. A signed original will be submitted with all subdivision packages.
