This service is free and will allow access to:

• Plan holders lists for construction projects
• Plans and specifications for RFQ or RFP projects
• Your business profile in SAWS database

Small, Minority, or Woman Businesses (SMWB) must provide a copy of their certification certificate(s) with along with your online registration. Certifications accepted from the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA).
