Bidder, Consultant, and Vendor Registration

Firms interested in remaining in our database for consulting, construction, and vendor solicitations, must complete and submit the Bidder, Consultant, and Vendor Registration form.

Please ensure the following items are included with your registration:

• Direct line fax number
• As of April 1, 2007 Small, Minority, or Woman Businesses (SMWB) must provide a copy of their certification certificate(s) with the completed registration form. Certifications accepted from the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA).
• Architect and Engineering firms are requested to complete and submit a Standard Form 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications – Part II in addition to the registration form.
