All full-time employees participate in the Texas Municipal Retirement System with SAWS matching funds toward each employee’s retirement plan.
Deferred Compensation Plan
SAWS offers an additional way for employees to invest long-term by saving more money toward retirement directly from their paycheck. Employees may contribute money on a pre-tax basis through a Section 457 Deferred Compensation Plan administered by ICMA Retirement Corp and/or Nationwide.
