Builder's Turf Grass Verification

In 2005, San Antonio City Council passed revisions to City Code Chapter 34 Article 4 Division 1 addressing year round water conservation provisions. On Jan. 1, 2007 Sec. 34-275.4 became effective. This provision requires residential and commercial builders and developers to only install turf grass that has been approved by SAWS.

In order to facilitate the inspection process in a timely manner, please complete and submit to the SAWS Conservation Department the Turfgrass Verification Form below.
