Report Water Waste

Use our online reporting form to tell us about the water waste occurrence you observed (see choices below) on public or private property. Please give as much information as possible, including location, time of day and a brief description of the problem. Without detailed information, SAWS may not be able to resolve the problem. We must be able to identify specific locations for alleged water waste.

To report water and sewer emergencies, including main breaks or unrepaired owner leaks, any time of day or night please call 210-704-SAWS (7297) for an immediate response.
