At the end of the school year, all SWAT members will have an opportunity to gather together for an evening of eating, sharing, educating and celebrating at the annual SWAT Con. SWAT Con is designed to increase SWAT members’ self-confidence and professionalism through peer review and to transform them from an applied science perspective to a role of an active young citizen.
At this event:

• Students will present findings and accomplishments on their service learning projects to a group of peers, parents and other community members in attendance
• Students will develop a “Project Display” for the exhibit area and will be required to staff their exhibit and answer questions about their projects.
• The SWAT Con will be open to the public as well as all other students and educators.
