From Rain to Drain
Field Investigations
This Field Investigation focuses on teaching students the symbiotic relationship between water and humans: from the time it falls as precipitation, recharges an aquifer, is pumped from the aquifer and sent to a home, returns down the drain, sent to a SAWS Recycling Center, and finally back into the environment. This trip lasts from 8:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
