For the 2010 CIP, funding from the water supply fee will be used to support the first phases of the Brackish Groundwater Desalination and the Regional Carrizo programs.  The 2010 CIP funds the construction of well fields and pipelines for these programs. SAWS will continue to acquire additional Edwards Aquifer water rights. The Water Supply Core Business also provides support for the recycled water program.
