Sewer Spill Challenges Continue

San Antonio Water System crews are working to control an additional sewer spill in the far north side of the city that was caused damage associated with recent rains. The spill is located near the Boerne Stage Road area by Interstate 10 West.

SAWS personnel are projecting the spill to be greater than 50,000 gallons, which is a reportable level. Due to dilution by stormwater, no adverse impacts have been observed. SAWS crews will continue to monitor the area.

See TCEQ notices for more details.
