Faster Ways to Contact SAWS in 2017
Ever wish you could get a pass to the front of the line for SAWS Customer Service? Well, your 2017 wishes have been granted! San Antonio Water System has debuted new hours and new methods of reaching Customer Service and – for now – there is virtually no waiting.
Now you can contact SAWS Customer Service call center on Saturdays when it’s more convenient, or via online chat. These new and expanded ways to contact SAWS is all part of an ongoing resolution to make customer service more accessible to better serve its customers.
For those preferring online technology versus a phone call, customers can now access SAWS’ chat feature at saws.org/chat. Just click the “Chat Now” button, and you will be connected to a customer service agent. The feature is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
SAWS also is expanding its call center hours to Saturdays from 8 a.m. – noon for payments and account inquiries at 210-704-7297.
In addition, customers can also contact SAWS customer service using a new email form, which is accessible at saws.org/help. SAWS will respond to a customer’s email within two business days.
