- Samuel E. Luna, an Adjunct Professor of Architecture at San Antonio College and member of the city's Historic and Design Review Commission;
- Elizabeth M. Provencio, a local attorney with nine years of multi-state litigation including a concentrated caseload in Texas state and federal courts; and
- Louis E. Rowe, former District 9 City Councilman and partner in engineering firm Goetting and Associates. Rowe also served for many years as a member of the Board for the San Antonio River Authority (SARA).
