SAWS Unveils Redesigned Website

San Antonio Water System has unveiled its newly redesigned website (www.saws.org) that boasts a sleek, modern feel and is more user-friendly in terms of navigation, presentation of information and online bill payment.

Visitors to the site will quickly notice a convenient slide-down panel at the top of every page for easier access to online bill payment and drought stage information. In addition, the utility’s “MySAWS” Twitter and Facebook accounts can now be accessed from the homepage, as SAWS further engages the public via these popular social media outlets.

The new design better embodies SAWS’ national reputation as a leader and innovator in water resource management, conservation and sustainability.

Readers also will notice several current news stories prominently featured on the homepage, to keep ratepayers informed about important developments such as new water supplies, infrastructure improvements, conservation programs and customer support.

The site will continue to evolve in the months ahead, including the addition of more social media tools and engaging videos to better tell the stories that affect San Antonians. Content is also continually being analyzed and updated to provide readers with the most up-to-date information.
