BexarMet Payment Center Closed Friday, July 27

Our Southcross Payment Center will be closed Friday, July 27 for computer maintenance as we prepare for direct billing of former BexarMet customers by SAWS.

imageWe apologize for any inconvenience.

The former BexarMet facility, located at 2706 W. Southcross Blvd., will resume regular hours on Monday, July 30, as a full-service SAWS payment center.

The final mailing of BexarMet bills to customers took place in July. Beginning August 1, all former BexarMet customers will receive their bill directly from SAWS.

Customers who already get a wastewater bill from SAWS will simply see their water charges added to their existing SAWS bill. Water-only customers will receive their first SAWS bill in August.

Details about the billing changes, including important information about automatic payments, can be found at www.saws.org/billing
