Edwards Aquifer Authority Permit Fee
Ordinance No. 87042 provides for the establishment and assessment of a pass-through charge of the Edwards Aquifer Authority Permit Fee to all San Antonio Water System water customers. For 2006, SAWS will be billed by the EAA for its full Edwards permit inventory, an amount planned at 220,947 acre-feet.
