Residential Rate Calculator

SAWS has proposed a rate increase for 2009. The estimated impact to the average residential water and wastewater bill is 4.8 percent, or about $2.00 per month.

This calculator can be used to help you get an idea of how our proposed 2009 rate changes, if approved by SAWS Board of Trustees and San Antonio City Council, will affect your monthly residential water bill.

The proposed 2009 increase is the first adjustment to water and wastewater rates since 2006. SAWS rates remain among the lowest in Texas, part of our commitment to provide plentiful, high quality, and affordable water services.
