* On September 10, 2015 San Antonio City Council adopted a new billing structure for the stormwater utility fee using an impervious cover approach which will change the fees in 2016. For more information on how the City of San Antonio determines impervious cover or the stormwater fee, click here.

You can get an idea of how new rates and rate structure  — approved by SAWS Board of Trustees and San Antonio City Council Nov. 19, 2015 — will affect your monthly residential water bill. The new rates go into effect on or about Jan. 1, 2016.

Have a recent SAWS bill handy for reference.

Just key in the information requested and click the "calculate" button.

Even with the approved rate adjustment, San Antonio’s rates will remain the lowest among Texas’ largest cities.

Former BexarMet Customers
