Wholesale Water Service and Sewer Rates
Approved rates effective for consumption on or about November 1, 2010
For the Wholesale Class, a multi-step, base-excess use structure has been developed. The base amount for Wholesale Class customers is currently equal to 90% of a customer's annual average usage. It is proposed to increase the base to 100% of annual average usage. Increased unit rates apply as usage exceeds each customer's base amount.
