Billing FAQ

For all former BexarMet customers:
Beginning July 30, you can pay your new/combined SAWS bill at any SAWS payment location. This includes the former BexarMet customer center at 2706 W. Southcross Blvd. as well as all H-E-B and Western Union payment locations.
The BexarMet.org website has permanently shut down. If you already have a SAWS account, you can sign up for SAWS eBill services any time. If you do NOT already have a SAWS account number, you will need to wait until your first SAWS bill arrives to sign up for SAWS eBill or call 210-704-7297 for assistance.
As we transition to a combined billing and meter reading schedule, you may notice a slight shift in your reading and billing dates in June and July.
After Aug. 1, your reading and billing schedule should remain consistant from month to month.
