Billing FAQ

If you do NOT already receive a SAWS bill:
Starting in August, you will receive your first SAWS bill.
You will no longer receive a BexarMet bill and your water service charges will now appear on your SAWS bill.
Any automatic payments you have authorized BexarMet to debit from a checking, savings or credit card account will be discontinued.
To ensure the security of your banking information, we will not transfer your account numbers to SAWS. Sign up for auto-debit payments with SAWS.
