If your business or rental property suffered damage, the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Disaster Loan Assistance Program may help by providing a low interest loan.

If you do not qualify for FEMA assistance, the Community Pipe Repair fund managed by SAWS can help. The program will prioritize emergency pipe repair that risks causing harm to the life, health, or safety of the occupants. To qualify for the program, the applicant must not be eligible for FEMA assistance and their home value cannot exceed $140,000 or have an annual income at or below 140% of the Federal Poverty Level.
