Consistent with the five-year rate increase approved by City Council in 2015, the proposed City of San Antonio budget includes a Transportation & Capital Improvements Storm Water Utility Fee adjustment.
SAWS collects the fee on behalf of the City of San Antonio-TCI. Revenues generated from the fee will be used to provide service enhancements to storm water capital and maintenance projects.
