Affordability Programs
Having trouble paying your water bill? SAWS can help ease the burden of utility costs for qualifying customers through a program called Uplift. The program gives you access to 14 different affordability initiatives.
To be eligible for Uplift, you must:
- Be a SAWS residential customer.
- Meet income requirements.
- Complete the Uplift application.
