Under Stage 2 rules, landscape watering is permitted once-a-week watering on your designated watering day from 5-10 a.m. and 9 p.m.-midnight

Do You Like Free Things?

Get a free irrigation consultation and learn how to keep money from going down the drain. Our conservation professionals will check your irrigation system’s performance and evaluate existing turf and soil conditions.


Affordability Programs

Having trouble paying your water bill? SAWS can help ease the burden of utility costs for qualifying customers through a program called Uplift. The program gives you access to 14 different affordability initiatives.

To be eligible for Uplift, you must:

  • Be a SAWS residential customer.
  • Meet income requirements.
  • Complete the Uplift application.
