For Verifiers

For employment verification on current or past SAWS employees, visit experianverify.com

If you are registering for the first time, please select the “Commercial Verifier” option and continue with our registration process. You will be credentialed to ensure you have a permissible purpose for accessing our employee’s information. If you already have an account, simply sign-in.

You will need the following information to request a verification:

  • Employee Social Security Number
  • Employee’s Full Name
  • Name of Employer
  • Signed Authorization (if requesting income)

Expected Turnaround Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for your request to be completed. Verification involving Department of Transportation (DOT), Texas Health and Human Services Commission (THHSC), and/or Wage Loss/Disability claims may take 1 – 2 business days.


 

For SAWS Employees

If you would like to view your verification activity and control access to your information using the Experian Verify employee portal, you can create an Experian Verify account. You do not need to create an account for a verifier to verify your employment. To create an account, follow the instructions below:

Visit experianverify.com and register for an account under the “I am an Employee” section.

Enter the following:

  • Employer Access Code: 44430897
  • Full Name
  • Full Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address – You may use either your SAWS email address or a personal email address.
  • Click Create an Employee Account.
  • A password setup link will be sent to your email address.  Click the link to create a password and activate your account.
  • Log in with your credentials

If you need proof of employment or income, please have your verifier complete the process at experianverify.com. They will be required to register and submit their request online. No company code or salary pin is required. If you receive a verification request through mail, please email it to verify.support@experian.com and Experian will process it for you.
