The aftermath of severe winter weather continues its impact on San Antonio. Here is additional information about your SAWS service to help with your recovery from the storm.
SAWS Clears Remaining Service Area from Boil Water Notice
All SAWS customers can now use their tap water without boiling, San Antonio Water System announced Tuesday.
Water Outage Map and Updates
As of 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21, SAWS has restored water service to 100 percent of the utility’s service area.
Find & Report Leaks and Help Restore San Antonio’s Water Pressure
SAWS is working to restore full water service to San Antonio and needs your help. If you have a significant leak, please turn off your water at the meter.
Water Distribution Sites
SAWS has converted its five bulk water distribution sites to self-service. Bottled water is still being provided by the City of San Antonio and by Bexar County at multiple locations.
SAWS Providing Water Bill Relief to All Customers
Effective immediately, SAWS will put in place a process to charge ALL customers the lower of two amounts on their next bill: either the total current charges for the current month, or last month’s current charges, whichever is lower.
