SAWS customers can receive up to $700 in federal COVID-19 funds to help pay off their past-due SAWS bill, thanks to the American Rescue Plan Act.
It takes less than five minutes to apply, and no proof of income is needed.
To receive this assistance, you must:
- Be a SAWS residential customer.
- Live inside San Antonio city limits.
- Have an unpaid balance on charges between April 2020 and September 2021.
