County Utility Assistance
Bexar County has created a single application to qualify applicants for utility assistance under several federal programs. Applications for 2022 are closed, but new applications will be accepted in 2023.
Texas Utility Help
Texas Utility Help can give financial assistance to qualified Texas homeowners and renters with low income. Eligible expenses include electricity, gas, propane, water, and wastewater.
Small Business COVID Impact Grants Program
Assistance through the City of San Antonio is now available for small business owners. Eligible customers can receive grants up to $35,000 for business expenses including utility expenses.
