The Texas Utilities Code requires SAWS to withhold certain personal information contained in a RESIDENTIAL customer’s account record, including:
• Telephone number.
• Social Security number.
• Consumption information.
• Amounts billed or collected.
What does this mean to you?
It means SAWS may not provide requestors with certain information about your or your account unless expressly allowed by you, our customer.
