SAWS Committed to Continued Assistance on Overdue Bills

As discussions continue about when and how our community reopens, SAWS continues to work to assist our most vulnerable neighbors. Those who have not been able to make a SAWS payment do not need to fear immediate disconnection of their water services.

SAWS will work with each customer who is impacted financially by COVID-19 on a long-term payment plan and/or to see if they qualify for one of our Uplift assistance programs.
