SAWS is currently conducting free inspections of customer service lines for eligible properties. The service line is the pipe that connects your home or business to the public drinking water system.
Please note that if there is no exposed pipe visible, this inspection may require digging a small hole or pothole using an air vac system. SAWS is also testing new technologies that might be used in the future.
