Water-themed mural unveiled

San Antonio Water System partnered with the Texas Water Foundation on a new South Side water-themed mural by acclaimed artist Cruz Ortiz. Basura Bash Is Back!

After a pandemic hiatus, the Basura Bash returns Feb. 19!
