Development PortalSAWS As-Builts
Create a free account to request as-built infrastructure data online. As-Builts for water, sewer and recycled mains can be searched by project numbers or by using polygon map tools. Select the as-builts you need and an email with a download link to your files will be sent to your validated email account.
Utility Service Regulations
Utility Service Regulations establish the policies governing service extension to customers of SAWS water, sewer and recycled water services.
Impact Fees
Impact fees are imposed on new development to help recover capital costs associated with providing the infrastructure and other required improvements.
Fire Hydrants
SAWS may authorize a meter to be connected temporarily to a fire hydrant during construction operations in lieu of installing a temporary service line.
