East Side (Comerica Building, W.W. White Road) and West Side (Las Palmas Shopping Center) locations will remain open.
San Antonio Water System is indefinitely closing access to its Headquarters Office for bill payment beginning Wednesday, March 18. Customers can still drop off payments at Headquarters in a lock box just inside the first glass doors.
Customers will also have access to pay bills in person at its East Side Customer and West Side (Las Palmas) centers, as well as partner agencies such as H-E-B grocery stores. SAWS has temporarily suspended call center hours on Saturdays only.
Customers are encouraged to pay online at MyAccount.saws.org, or pay by phone at 210-704-SAWS. Additionally, SAWS has temporarily suspended account disconnections in recognition of any customer financial hardship during the current COVID-19 challenges, though charges will continue to accrue on customer accounts.
