BexarMet Service Areas

Effective May 1:

  • Customer Service will no longer be available at the former BexarMet office located at 2055 W. Malone for customers seeking a new water service.
  • Any requests for assistance related to new water services in former BexarMet Service areas should be directed to SAWS Mains & Services:
    • In person at SAWS Customer Center, Counter Services (2nd floor), 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North
    • By email at csgeneral@saws.org
    • By fax at (210) 233-4129
    • By phone: (210) 233-2009; or (210) 233-2378
  • All transactions regarding impact fees, meter installation fees, water supply development fees, or other fees related to new service installations will be accepted at SAWS Headquarters.
 
Need a TxDOT Utility Installation Request?
Effective Jan. 1, 2012 all utility installation requests for water and sewer improvements within the Texas Department of Transportation Right-of-Way must be submitted online.
