SAWS is replacing aging water mains that have experienced frequent breaks. The 2023 Water Main Replacement Project 4 includes three construction sites, one of which is located on E. Hildebrand Avenue.
E Hildebrand Site: Installation will be along Hildebrand Ave and Old Hildebrand Ave from the intersection of McCullough Ave to Devine Road.
We will employ traffic control to minimize disturbances, but you may see detours and lane closures in work areas as lines are being replaced. At times, we may need to temporarily shut off water service to connect new lines to the existing system. If your service will be affected, we’ll notify you in advance.
