SAWS is replacing old water pipes in your neighborhood. Work will take place along the City of San Antonio right of way in the University Park Neighborhood Association area. We will relocate existing water pipes and meters from the alley to the street.

Traffic control will be set up to help keep everyone safe. While crews are working, you may see temporary lane closures or short detours in the area.

Right of Entry

San Antonio Water System (SAWS) and its contractors and subcontractors shall have right to enter upon the property listed above to perform reconnection of a new waterline service lateral to be reconnected to a new water main located within the street right-of-way. At the time of construction award SAWS will engage the contractor to perform the work, and the contractor will be required to reasonably restore any disturbed areas. The undersigned acknowledges that they will look to the contractor regarding such restoration work. The contractor shall make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice to undersigned of the dates and anticipated durations of the entry to perform the work.
