SAWS is currently searching for a Chief of Staff, to oversee all operations of the Office of the President/CEO and Board of Trustees. Duties include management of staff, communications, budget, administration, and policies and procedures. The Chief of Staff provides high-level assistance to the President/CEO in the development of organizational plans and strategic direction of the utility, and may be tasked to implement major project initiatives. The Chief of Staff liaisons with internal and external stakeholders on the President/CEO's behalf, and identifies and manages critical issues that have public impact and requires the attention of the President/CEO, executive management team, and as appropriate, the SAWS Board of Trustees.
