Whether you prefer to pay your SAWS bill in person or within minutes online or by phone, paying your bill is easy and convenient for you.
- Pay Online - Use our new eBill service
to view, receive, and pay your bill online. Now any
SAWS customer can view current and past bills online.
You can make a one-time payment via bank draft or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) with no commitment
or obligation to continue using the service.
eBill Pay directly credits your SAWS account so say goodbye to
transaction fees and late charges.
- Automatic Bill Pay - The Easy-Pay
Plan is an electronic payment plan designed to make payment of your SAWS bill an automatic process.
The SAWS Easy Pay Plan works by electronically transferring funds from your bank each month.
This convenience is absolutely free!
- Pay in Person - Stop by
one of our customer
centers to pay your bill directly. SAWS Customer Centers
accept cash, check payments, credit cards or debit
cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. SAWS has also
teamed up with select local
businesses to collect payments on SAWS behalf.
- Pay by Phone -
Payment can be made via bank draft, a credit
card or debit
card with a Visa or MasterCard
logo, through one of
our Call Center Customer Service
Agents or through our interactive pay-by-phone services. Agents are available from
8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday
through Friday. Pay-by-phone services are available 24 hours, seven days a week. Just call 210-704-SAWS
- Pay by Mail -
Payments can be placed in the return envelope received with your
bill and placed in the mail. Payment may be in the form
of personal check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. Please do not send cash.
Nov. 1, 2006 SAWS will begin processing mailed check payments electronically.
