San Antonio Water System has several programs to ease the burden of rising water costs for customers who meet criteria establishing income and need. These programs help ensure that all citizens of the community have access to such a critical resource.
To assist individuals and families in need, SAWS works with the City of San Antonio, Department of Community Initiatives (DCI). If you would like to find out if you qualify for Project Agua, Affordability Discount or Plumbers to People, please contact DCI at (210) 207-7830 to locate the office nearest you.
